oh hi there.

oh hi there.

Corrina is laughing in the sunshine wearing rose coloured heart shaped glasses.

I’m Corrina, my pronouns are they/them, and I’m a multidisciplinary artist who fumbles through using my creative work as an illustrator and graphic recorder to support deeper understanding in complex conversations about power and equity, justice and accountability, and liberation and belonging. I’m a queer settler with Gàidhlig, Irish, British, Acadien, and unknown ancestors, who lives with enormous gratitude on the unsurrendered territory of the səlil̓wətaʔɬ, xʷməθkʷəy̓əm & Sḵwx̱wú7mesh people. I am delighted to be of service to deeper listening and elevating voices of lived and marginalized experiences in conversations at all levels of structural power, including grassroots groups, organizations, and governments including Indigenous jurisdiction, and I’m currently most lit up by the intersections of transformative justice, land protection & climate justice, mental health, and the power of our relationships to our cultures & languages.

As often as capitalism allows, I say ‘yes’ to work that centers and amplifies racialized, Indigenous, queer, trans, poor, and disabled voices and perspectives, and I am passionate about how art and creativity can equip us all with skills that are needed to hear the truth, confront discomfort, and work together more meaningfully. I aim to give equal voice to the brilliance of both the head and the heart, along with trying not to take myself too seriously.
